FRIM is one of the leading institutes in natural forestry research in the world. Located in Kepong FRIM is another great place to hike in KL. Surrounded by lush greenery in a 600-hectare tropical forest, FRIM offers a few hiking trails you can explore which takes roughly about 2 hours to complete.

From beginner routes to challenging routes, FRIM offers hiking routes for all levels. Here you can also trek to the waterfalls where you can have a picnic with your loved ones.
